Le Mistral – Grape and Fruit Mistelle

This fruity nectar is made from lightly fermented grape juice to which has been added grain alcohol and a maceration of prunes and apricots. Smooth on the palate, Mistral is characterized by a golden yellow color. It gives off the fragrance of dried apricots, prunes, honey and roasted coffee – a fresh, pleasant blend of aromas.

Aging process : can be laid down from 4 to 6 years

Topology according to residual sugar : liqueur-like wine
Food and wine pairings : before or between meals, with foie gras, apple pie, cheesecake and on top of vanilla ice cream.
