This ice wine is made solely from the Vidal varietal, gathered during cold nights of winter 2010. Aromas of candied fruit, baked apples, honey, grapefruit, figs and the Northern fruit known as cloudberry. A pleasant gourmet freshness in the mouth, round and lingering.

Food and wine pairings : as an aperitive, it can accompany fine bites with figs, Bayonne ham or foie gras mousse. As a dessert wine, it can accompany desserts with berries, lemon tarte or “tarte tartin”.
