After a brief training from one of the Scieur brothers, 6th generation of winemakers from the Champagne region, spend your morning picking grapes while admiring our exceptional view of Lake Magog. Enjoy a taste of our sparkling wine followed by a generous harvest lunch.

In the afternoon, let yourself be guided in the enchanting scenery of our vineyard, then discover the stages of the traditionnal method, that the Scieur brothers master. 

End your tour with the sabering of a bottle and tasting of five (5) products.
